Baby No. 2 turned out to be Rihanna’s Surprise guest’ during her comeback performance at the Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show.
The singer’s much awaited concert took place on Sunday night at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona (February 12). The performance was a mix of songs from all of her albums save for her first, as she had promised during her Apple Music news conference on Thursday (February 9).
But just after the show, Rihanna fans started wondering if the singer’s apparent shift in look was indeed a baby bump. When asked if she would bring a visitor to her performance a few days prior, RiRi responded that she was “thinking about bringing someone,” according to Nate Burleson of CBS News.
After the Apple Music Halftime Show, Rihanna’s agent informed The Hollywood Reporter in a statement that the singer is expecting her second child.
The 9-month-old baby of Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky hasn’t had his name revealed to the public yet. To prevent illegal leaks of the family’s photos shot at a scheduled photo shoot by paparazzi, the couple revealed the first pictures of their newborn in December.
