Duke Deuce, a Quality Control rapper, has returned with a new mixtape called Memphis Massacre III, just four months after the release of his debut album Crunkstar.
The 13-track project, which serves as a sequel to 2018’s Memphis Massacre and 2020’s Memphis Massacre 2, features a Memphis-only roster of guests, including Big Moochie Grape (“Black Ops”), ATM Rich Baby (“Buck the System”), Lil Thad (“Respect”), Dubba C (“Respect”), Glockianna (“Riverside,” “Respect”), and fellow QC labelmate Gloss Up (“Gwak Gwak”), as well as production from Dj Paul (“What You Rep”)
In an Instagram post, Duke praised the project’s all-Memphis roster, writing, “They claim we don’t stick together so I only included MEMPHIS artists on my album. Although I didn’t get everyone, the battle is far from done.
The rapper from Memphis is still having a successful run with Memphis Massacre III. The tape is Duke Deuce’s fourth full-length release since 2020, following Crunkstar in 2022 and Duke Nukem in 2021.
The highlight track from Memphis Massacre III, “Mr. Memphis Massacre,” was released alongside the album.
