Dreams Can Come True: Snoop Dogg Celebrates Songwriters Hall Of Fame Induction

Following his official induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, Snoop Dogg is jubilant.

On Wednesday (January 18), the West Coast legend was revealed as a member of the class of 2023. He was given credit for his innumerable career successes, including “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” “Nuthin’ But a ‘G’ Thang,” “Gin & Juice,” and Dr. Dre’s “The Next Episode.”

Snoop expressed his joy at being inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame alongside Sade and Teddy Riley on Instagram after hearing the news.

“Damn, Songwriters Hall of Fame?” “That’s big,” he said in a video. “And just to think, I’ve been telling people for the past seven years, ‘Who you wanna do a song with, Snoop?’ I’d always say Sade. And now we are going to the Songwriters Hall of Fame on the same day. Not only that, Teddy Riley? New jack swing? I’m going in with him? “Man, God is good.”

He continued: “Just a little kid from the East Side of Long Beach that had a big ass dream. It is true that dreams can come true. If it happened to me, it can happen to you. Keep dreaming, keep believing, and keep being you. Keep God in your life. Do more right than wrong. Make your life a song. Thank you.”

In a subsequent Instagram post, Tha Doggfather further showed his gratitude by writing: “Thank. I’m honored @songwritershalloffame. ”
