Drake’s 2011 Album Take Care Continues To Perform Well On Streaming Platforms And Charts.

Drake’s 2011 album Take Care continues to show remarkable longevity, achieving its most successful day of streaming on Spotify on Saturday, August 30, with four million plays. The album remains among the top four most-streamed rap albums daily, according to RapTV.

Despite approaching its 14th anniversary on November 15, Take Care is still performing well on the charts, currently sitting at number 30 on the Billboard Hot 200. The album is set to spend its 652nd week on the chart, joining an exclusive group of records with such long-standing presence. Its cumulative streams have surpassed 6.2 billion on Spotify, making it Drake’s fifth most-played album on the platform.

The sustained success highlights the influence of Drake’s sophomore project, widely regarded as one of his most impactful works. There have been occasional rumors about a sequel to Take Care, but the album continues to stand on its own as a key part of Drake’s catalog.

Drake’s next studio project, ICEMAN, is anticipated to follow in the footsteps of his previous successes. He has teased the album since completing his Anita Max Wynn tour, sharing hints through Instagram and YouTube livestreams. Two singles, “What Did I Miss?” and “Which One” featuring Central Cee, have already been released. While an official release date has not been announced, close friend Johnny Manziel suggested the album could arrive by late October or early November.
