Drake marked his 39th birthday on Friday (Oct. 24) with 16 new RIAA certifications, including six diamond plaques, adding to his record-breaking 15 diamond-certified songs.
The newly certified tracks include Take Care, “Nice for What,” “The Motto” featuring Lil Wayne, “Headlines,” “Passionfruit,” and “Nonstop.” Albums seeing certification growth include Views (9x), If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late (5x), and For All the Dogs (3x).
Other tracks moving up the certification ladder are “Chicago Freestyle” (5x), “Rich Baby Daddy” (3x), “Slime You Out” (2x), “Virginia Beach” (2x), “Hours in Silence” (2x), and “Rich Flex” with 21 Savage (5x). Earlier in 2025, Nothing Was the Same’s “Hold On We’re Going Home” and So Far Gone’s “Best I Ever Had” also reached diamond status.
Drake’s father, Dennis Graham, shared a birthday moment from the Bahamas, writing, “Happy Birthday to my baby boy, what a time to celebrate with the ones you love.”
Looking ahead, fans are anticipating Drake’s upcoming Iceman album, teased by Johnny Manziel during a trip to the Bahamas.
