Drake and Yeat are hinting at a major new collaboration after a recent billboard appeared in Toronto featuring both artists’ symbols. The billboard showcases Drake’s OVO owl logo alongside Yeat’s Lyfestyle Corp symbol, sparking speculation about a new project. The advertisement also includes a message from Drake, saying, “YOUNG TWIZZZZZZZZY FEEL A WAY,” referencing Yeat’s label and his unique slang for friends.
Yeat confirmed the teaser by posting a short clip of the billboard on his Instagram with the caption “Feel No Wayz.” This follows their previous collaborations, including the 2023 track “IDGAF” from Drake’s For All The Dogs and “As We Speak” from Yeat’s 2093 album.
Drake also recently revealed that he’s working on a solo album, following the release of his joint project $ome $exy $ongs 4 U with PARTYNEXTDOOR in February. On a stream with Adin Ross, he teased that his upcoming album would be “a slap.”
In other news, Drake is engaged in a legal battle with his record label, UMG, accusing them of defaming him through the release of Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.” He amended his lawsuit after Kendrick’s performance at the Super Bowl, arguing that the incident involving the self-censorship of the word “pedophile” has strengthened his defamation case.
