Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR’s collaborative album, $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, has broken a streaming record on Apple Music.
According to Billboard, the 21-track project now holds the record for the biggest R&B/soul album by first-day streams worldwide. While the exact number of streams has not been disclosed, Billboard has reached out to Apple Music for more details.
The album was released on Valentine’s Day and marks Drake’s first full-length project since For All the Dogs (2023). It also follows his publicized conflict with Kendrick Lamar. For PARTYNEXTDOOR, this is his first album since P4 (2024).
Guest appearances on the album include Pim, Chino Pacas, and Yebba. Production was handled by longtime collaborators such as Noel Cadastre, Gordo, and Jordan Ullman.
