Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR have revealed the official cover art for their upcoming album, Some Sexy Songs 4 U, which is set for release on Friday (Feb. 14). The artwork, shared on Instagram on Tuesday (Feb. 11), features the duo in mink coats against a snowy backdrop, referencing the cold winters of their home province of Ontario. In the background, Mississauga’s Absolute World skyscrapers pay homage to PARTYNEXTDOOR’s hometown, just outside of Toronto.
A full tracklist and guest features have not been announced, but Drake has shared teasers ahead of the album’s release. Over the weekend, while Kendrick Lamar performed at the Super Bowl, he previewed a song titled “Crying in Chanel.” He previously teased another untitled track on Instagram.
During his Melbourne concert earlier this week, Drake described the album as a mix of R&B and upbeat songs. “It’s called Some Sexy Songs 4 U, but it’s got some turned-up songs too, and some personal feelings on there,” he told the crowd.
The project marks Drake’s first full-length release since his public feud with Kendrick Lamar. It also continues his long-running collaboration with PARTYNEXTDOOR, following past songs like “Recognize,” “Come and See Me,” and “Loyal.” The album’s label situation remains unclear amid Drake’s ongoing legal dispute with Universal Music Group.
