Doechii delivered one of the standout sets at Camp Flog Gnaw 2025, adding an unexpected twist when she brought Ayo Edebiri onstage for a playful and widely shared moment. During her hour-long performance at Dodger Stadium, the Top Dawg Entertainment artist performed her 2022 single “Crazy” while Edebiri sat on stage, fanning herself as Doechii lap-danced across a desk in front of her.
Clips posted online show Edebiri steadying the desk to prevent Doechii from slipping, a nod to the technical issues the rapper has faced on her Live From The Swamp Tour. Earlier this year, Doechii addressed the malfunctions in a TikTok video, explaining that the mechanical desk jerks when it moves and requires grip tape to keep her from sliding off. The grip tape, however, has caused her performance stockings to rip during shows.
She noted that by the time she reaches the sliding portion of her set, sweat causes her skin to stick to the surface. Attempts to use a towel haven’t worked, as she joked that the wind blows it away mid-performance.
The moment with Edebiri added levity to a festival weekend that nearly didn’t happen. Torrential rain threatened to shut down Camp Flog Gnaw, but the event ultimately returned as planned, marking its fifth year at Dodger Stadium Grounds. The festival also featured performances from Childish Gambino, Doechii and Tyler, the Creator.
