While it is unclear if the two had planned to work together before, the moment created an unexpected collaboration.
Khaled had previously hinted at having multiple Drake features on his album during a concert appearance in September 2023. He and Drake have worked together on several tracks over the years, including “Popstar,” “Greece,” and “I’m On One.” It remains uncertain whether this was a simple misunderstanding or if there is any behind-the-scenes tension between them.
