Boston artist Connis has released a new visual for his latest single, “Something New,” featuring GoGo and Soapwav. The track, produced by Baby J with additional synth work possibly contributed by 2002vs2002, arrives with a short film-style clip that Connis previewed on Instagram.
Directed by longtime collaborator Simon Morrison, the video was shot by Jabari, with color work by Chang Su and lighting handled by gaffer Sean Peloso. Connis tagged the full creative team in his post, highlighting the collaborative nature of the project.
While no details have been shared about a larger project, the new release adds to the artist’s steadily growing catalog and continues his consistent presence in Boston’s music scene.
