Clipse have offered fans a first look at their upcoming reunion album Let God Sort Em Out through a short snippet shared online. The minute-long preview features production and a hook from Pharrell Williams, who has been closely tied to the group’s sound since the early 2000s.
The untitled track doesn’t include full verses from both members, but Pusha T is heard delivering a line about “the art of war,” suggesting a return to the group’s sharp lyrical style. The beat, crafted by Pharrell, is bold and dramatic, consistent with the sound Clipse are known for.
Back in December, Pusha confirmed that the album was fully completed. Speaking with Ari Melber during Miami Art Week, he said, “We always take long, people be mad. [But] it’s okay ’cause it’s done. I promise you. It’s in my phone.” Still, no release date has been announced.
This marks Clipse’s first full-length project since 2009’s Til the Casket Drops, making this return highly anticipated by longtime fans.
