Clipse return with another stark visual from Let God Sort Em Out, releasing the “F.I.C.O.” video on Wednesday (Nov. 12). Directed by Hannan Hussain—who also shot the duo’s “So Be It” visual—the new clip leans into the raw, stripped-down atmosphere that has shaped their 2025 comeback.
The video opens with Pusha T positioned in the dim stairwells of a housing project, delivering verses about long nights, dead-end hallways, slow money, and the mental pressure of his early years. He moves from the stairwell into an almost empty apartment, emphasizing the bleak environment that informs the song’s narrative. The scenes shift to a rain-soaked drive through the city as he reflects on the lessons and weight of his past decisions.
Stove God Cooks enters from a driver’s window POV, keeping the camera tight on his delivery as black-and-white cutaways reinforce the visual’s grainy, documentary-like tone. His appearance works as a sharp contrast to Pusha’s interior shots, widening the video’s sense of movement and tension.
Malice closes the record with one of his strongest verses from the album, referencing The Wire to frame loyalty, responsibility, and the unseen work behind street operations. His lines add a narrative anchor to the video, grounding the song in the themes of partnership and accountability.
The release extends what has already been a major year for Clipse. Their album Let God Sort Em Out arrived in July, marking their full return as a duo and setting off a renewed wave of critical and fan attention. Last week, the Thornton brothers earned five Grammy nominations, positioning them for a significant showing at the 2026 awards.
Speaking to GQ, Malice reflected on the group’s renewed recognition: “We have already been validated with our art form and the music that we put out. So to be able to walk it into a Grammy nomination, you got to first have the product, then you connect to the plug.”
Pusha T added, “Bringing home that hardware would mean everything. We going for it. We made the album, we looked at it like, this is that strong. We need to take something home for this.”
The “F.I.C.O.” visual continues the momentum behind their return and reinforces the album’s uncompromising tone.
