Ciara and Russell Wilson are closing their Southern California chapter with a major real estate move: the couple has listed their Rancho Santa Fe estate for $54.9 million. According to The Wall Street Journal, the price; if achieved, would mark the most expensive home sale ever recorded in San Diego County.
The nearly nine-acre compound sits inside an exclusive gated community near the Del Mar Country Club. The couple purchased the property in 2021 for $14.5 million before embarking on a complete redesign. Now known as Amor Estate, the roughly 30,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style home blends entertainment spaces, athletic facilities, and creative studios in a single expansive environment.
The main residence features seven bedrooms, a dramatic double-height entryway, large living areas, covered outdoor walkways, and a club-style game room with a full bar. The primary suite includes a fireplace, glass-front closets, and a dedicated glam room.
Beyond traditional luxury amenities, the property includes a private football field created by transforming a former equestrian arena, a sports court, extensive lawns, and various outdoor recreation zones. Ciara’s influence is reflected in the professional recording studio on-site, while the wellness facilities include a full fitness center, sauna, cold plunge, and spa-inspired features.
The grounds continue into resort territory with a pool and waterslide, a pizza oven, and a game pavilion complete with a candy bar. A two-bedroom guesthouse and a 10-car garage complete the estate.
The timing of the listing aligns with the couple’s move to the East Coast. Wilson, a Super Bowl champion from his Seattle Seahawks tenure, joined the Pittsburgh Steelers last season and signed with the New York Giants this year. This follows their 2024 sale of their Bellevue, Washington, lakefront home for about $30 million.
