The monthly First Friday event at SoWa Artist Studios returns June 6 from 5 to 9 p.m., featuring a curated evening of local art and music. This month’s installment will include DJ Christinathesaintt providing the music and artist TOMO showcasing new visual work.
The event takes place at 450 Harrison Ave, specifically in Studio 316A on the third floor (left off the elevator). The open studio format invites visitors to explore artwork and installations by local creators while engaging with the artists directly in their working spaces.
Visual art for the evening will include work by Sam x Tomo, whose pieces will be on view. The evening aims to create a space for casual interaction with creative professionals across disciplines—from sound to visual storytelling.
