Cardi B has welcomed her first child with New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, officially becoming a mother of four. According to reports, the Bronx star gave birth last week, later confirming the arrival on Thursday and calling her newborn “Baby Brim.”
In an Instagram post, Cardi reflected on entering a new chapter:
“My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons… I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me.”
Speculation about the birth grew after she was spotted at a New Jersey gym, with witnesses saying she had just finished a workout session.
Cardi first revealed her pregnancy during a September interview with Gayle King, sharing that she felt “strong” and “powerful” balancing work and motherhood. Days later, Diggs confirmed the baby’s gender at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards, telling People, “It’s a boy… I can’t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around.”
The announcement arrived close to the release of Am I the Drama? and the launch of her Little Miss Drama Tour, which Cardi says will continue as planned.
