Cardi B is holding herself to a promise she made to fans after welcoming her fourth child last month. The rapper, who gave birth to a son with NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs on Nov. 4, said she would return to the gym quickly as she prepares for her upcoming Little Miss Drama arena tour.
On Saturday, Cardi shared an Instagram video from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she headlined the MDLBEAST Sounstorm 2025 festival. The clip shows her running on a treadmill in a hotel gym while dressed in an all-black modest outfit, complete with a matching hijab. She later moved to a stationary bike while continuing to address fans.
“We in Saudi Arabia baby, I told ya’ll after I give birth imma be getting ready for the Little Miss Drama tour,” Cardi said while exercising. “It is two months away.”
She also joked about her post-baby weight loss, telling fans, “Everyone always asks me, ‘Cardi, how did you lose all that weight after the baby?’ I’ll tell you how I did it: Stress!” She added a holiday-themed punchline before reminding fans to secure tickets early, warning that shows could sell out quickly.
Before posting the workout video, Cardi shared another clip set to her Am I the Drama? track “Hello,” modeling a fitted black halter dress with exposed shoulders and a matching hijab. “Hello Saudi Arabia… Halal B has arrived,” she wrote.
The rapper has been documenting her gradual return to fitness as she prepares for her first headlining arena tour. In a Nov. 20 Instagram Story, Cardi explained that she was easing back into workouts to strengthen her body ahead of rehearsals. “I haven’t started tour rehearsals yet but I’m doing light workouts to not only get my body back in shape but my joints and bones,” she said, adding humorously, “I’m 33 honey I’ma ol’ lady.”
The Little Miss Drama Tour launches Feb. 11 in Palm Desert, California, and will span North America with stops in cities including Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, Chicago, Houston, and Washington, D.C., before wrapping up on April 17 in Atlanta.
