Cardi B marked her legal victory against former security guard Emani Ellis by sharing a TikTok where she danced in her polka dot court outfit and previewed a new track from her upcoming album Am I the Drama?.
In the clip, Cardi performed to the song—reportedly titled Bodega Baddie—while mixing in shots of herself without pants, twerking, and flipping off the camera. “Walking out of court likeeee,” she captioned the video with the hashtag “#BodegaBaddie.”
The track is expected to appear on Am I the Drama?, Cardi’s long-awaited sophomore album set for release on Sept. 19. The project follows her 2018 debut Invasion of Privacy and includes recent singles like Outside and Imaginary Playerz.

The post came shortly after Cardi won her civil case in Los Angeles, where jurors unanimously rejected Ellis’ claims that Cardi assaulted her in 2018 during a visit to a Beverly Hills OB-GYN clinic while pregnant with her first child, Kulture.
Ellis had alleged she was scratched, spat on, called a slur, and body-shamed, which Cardi denied throughout the trial. Speaking outside court, Cardi thanked the judge, jury, and media, adding: “I swear to God, I did not touch that woman. … The next person that tried to do a frivolous lawsuit against me, I’m going to countersue and make you pay.”
