Cardi B Begins Fitness Journey Ahead of 2026 Arena Tour

Cardi B is returning to her Bodega Baddie era as she begins a new fitness routine, aiming to be ready for her first headlining arena tour in 2026. The Bronx rapper shared a clip from the gym on Thursday (Nov. 20), showing her working on the stairmaster during a session dated Nov. 13.

She explained that she is easing back into workouts while adjusting to post-partum life. Cardi noted that rehearsals for the tour have not yet started, but she wants to rebuild strength and mobility after giving birth. “I haven’t started tour rehearsals yet but I’m doing light workouts to not only get my body back in shape but my joints and bones,” she wrote. “I’m 33 honey I’ma ol’ lady.”

In the video, Cardi said it was her first day back in the gym. She completed more than 20 minutes on the stairmaster and planned to continue with squats. Her goal is to reach over an hour on the machine as her conditioning improves.

Cardi recently welcomed a baby boy on Nov. 13, her fourth child and first with NFL player Stefon Diggs. She posted the first glimpse of the newborn on Nov. 19, showing him wrapped in New England Patriots gear in support of his father. The post received more than four million likes, with fans celebrating the moment.

Cardi B will begin the Little Miss Drama Tour on Feb. 11 in Palm Desert, California. The North American run includes stops in major cities such as Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Portland, Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco, Phoenix, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago, New York, Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and will conclude on April 17 in Atlanta.
