Busta Rhymes has deleted every single image from his Instagram page, leaving only one mysterious image to tease fans about his upcoming relocation.
The former Leader of the New School erased all of his images, including his profile picture, on Friday, June 16. He replaced it with a beach ball image that he also used as his most recent profile picture.
He captioned the picture with “6.23.23 [eyes emoji],” possibly indicating that this is the “drop date” for his upcoming album. It’s unclear what the beach ball is supposed to represent, but given that the start of the new season is June 21, it might be a summer takeover.
Swizz Beatz and producer Hitmaka, two additional hitmakers, expressed their pleasure in comments, and DJ Khaled and Dre of Cool & Dre reposted the beach ball in agreement.
Busta Rhymes’ newest project, which will feature superstar production talent from people like Swizz Beatz, Pharrell, and Timbaland, is eagerly anticipated by both fans and business experts.
In a video posted to Instagram last month, Swizz first announced the news and presented the Brooklyn rap veteran with flowers in appreciation of his distinctive musical taste, electrifying stage presence, and lengthy and illustrious career in Hip Hop.
The Ruff Ryders producer stated, “This is a Busta Rhymes appreciation post,” while aboard a boat. “My brother has been doing this for so long; he has headlined every significant festival, tour, and event, starting with Leaders of the New School. In the comments section, Busta confirmed the information and stoked interest by asserting that his future effort will “shift the culture.”
