They moved on to discuss the main reason for the podcast breakup. They highlighted that Mandii B felt disrespected when they called the work she did “admin work”. Bridget argues that calling it admin work was minimizing her effort. She explains that they never meant to minimize Bridget’s effort, but rather to categorize the work to show it could have been delegated.
Later, they debate on delegation and work ethic. Bridget believes in delegation and thinks Mandii should have delegated some work to free herself up. Es$o on the other hand, has a different view on delegation and thinks content creators do most of the work themselves. The video ends with them discussing the stereotype of women wanting everything.
