Bridgeside Cypher has announced a live hip-hop event taking place Saturday, August 2, from 6–10 p.m. at Boston City Hall Plaza. The event will feature a rap cypher and the Groove Punch dance battle, held in collaboration with Stiggity Stackz Worldwide.
The lineup includes host Cambridge Hip-Hop, guest host Stiggity, judge Sam Mac, producer Tryezz, and DJ Sc-One. The event is supported by the Mayor’s Office of Arts & Culture and presented in partnership with the City of Boston Arts & Culture.
Open mic cypher circles, live DJ sets,vendors, and dance battles are scheduled throughout the evening. Attendance is open to the public, and performers and dancers are encouraged to participate.
