Boston Rapper SeeFour Talks Rhythm + Flow Journey & Crew Support in Dyme Magazine.

Boston’s own SeeFour was interviewed by Dyme Magazine, where he reflected on his experience appearing on Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow Season 2—highlighting the opportunity it presented, what it meant for his city, and the team keeping him grounded.

Rhythm + Flow, Netflix’s original hip-hop competition show, returned with a new panel of judges, including DJ Khaled, Ludacris, and Latto, and aired starting in November 2024 Contestants competed for a $250,000 prize across cyphers, rap battles, and debut performances on a global platform.

SeeFour, a Dorchester native, appeared in five episodes and threw down both on cypher stages and one-on-one battles—most notably going head-to-head with Sur Ali. His energy was a focal point; he described the competition as “fierce” and said he went on stage aiming to “represent [Boston] in a good light”.

In his Dyme Magazine interview, SeeFour emphasized how central his team has been for navigating both opportunity and pressure. SeeFour described his path—from battling in local showcases to stepping onto a worldwide stage—as part ambition and part responsibility. For him, Rhythm + Flow wasn’t just a shot at payday—it was a chance to bring attention to Boston’s scene.

While he didn’t take home the grand prize, SeeFour called the experience transformative, crediting it with boosting his growth and visibility. His recent deluxe edition of Spirit of a Warrior showcased that momentum, and more drops are expected this year.
