Two Black women entrepreneurs are expanding their presence in Georgia’s real estate industry with the launch of Luxelle Brokerage. The new firm is led by Keianna Williams and Ebony Austin, co-founders of NouLuxe Realty. Their latest venture will focus on helping clients buy, sell, and lease luxury properties in Atlanta’s Buckhead area.
Luxelle Brokerage is positioned to support a new wave of homeowners, investors, and future leaders. According to a statement, the brokerage will guide clients through real estate with an emphasis on community uplift and accessible luxury.
Williams and Austin describe Luxelle as more than a business project. “It’s about legacy, faith, and elevating our community,” said Williams. Austin added, “Luxelle is not just a business—it’s a movement to make luxury real estate approachable and purposeful.” Their partnership reflects shared values and a commitment to broadening homeownership opportunities.
The launch of Luxelle follows the April 2025 formation of NouLuxe Realty. Since then, the co-founders have sought to offer a luxury real estate experience that remains inclusive and focused on building generational wealth.
Keianna Williams has worked in real estate since 2006. She began pursuing her broker’s license in January 2025, completing the required coursework and passing the Georgia Real Estate Broker State Exam in March. Her professional background includes managing residential sales, commercial property transactions, and working with investors.
Ebony Austin is the CEO of Nouveau Hospitality Group and a developer with real estate and philanthropic interests. She has invested over $1 million into scholarships for students at historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), as well as other housing efforts. As a builder and community advocate, she sees Luxelle as a way to continue empowering others to take ownership of their futures.
Luxelle Brokerage’s official grand opening is scheduled for June 2025 in the Buckhead area. The firm began recruiting agents at the end of May and is currently assembling its team.
