Jorden Williams, founder and CEO of Newark, Delaware–based Osep Ramen, has launched the world’s first surf and turf-flavored instant ramen. The Black-owned brand combines seafood and steak flavors to create a bold new take on the classic noodle dish.
Founded in 2021, Osep Ramen quickly grew from a small business into an international favorite. Williams created the brand to elevate the instant noodle experience with premium flavors and culinary innovation.
“Ramen is an iconic dish that brings people together,” Williams said. “Our Surf and Turf flavor brings a premium dining experience into the convenience of instant ramen.”
Osep Ramen is also committed to empowering the community through inclusive food culture. Williams sees the brand as part of a broader effort to inspire future Black food entrepreneurs with innovation and purpose.
