Boston-based artist Bia Javier has officially released her latest single, “IDNYE,” now streaming on all major digital platforms. The drop follows a personal announcement earlier this month, where she shared that she is now a Voting Member of the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs).
In her announcement post earlier this month, Javier wrote:
“Thank you, God, for all Your blessings! As I prepare to release my new single, I’ve received the most incredible news, I’m officially a Voting Member of the GRAMMYs! I’m beyond excited for what’s ahead. Let’s go! I’m excited to contribute my perspective and help champion musical excellence around the world.”
Last week friday, Javier confirmed the release of her new track:
“‘IDNYE’ is out now!! Streaming on all digital platforms! Make sure to tune in, LINK IN BIO!”
“IDNYE” was written and performed by Bia Javier. The track’s production was handled by Mike Benj, with mixing and mastering by J.rose. The single features original artwork by Javier herself. The accompanying visual material was shot and styled by Che Lam, assisted by @k.atelynnperez, with hair and makeup by Bella Divine Beauty and videography by Nicole.
The release marks another step forward for Javier as both an independent artist and a contributor to the broader music community through her recent affiliation with the GRAMMYs.
