Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar Receive Multiple Emmy Nominations For Their 2025 Super Bowl Performances.

Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar are both nominated for several of the same categories at the 2025 Emmy Awards. Beyoncé’s Beyoncé Bowl and Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX halftime show are each up for Outstanding Choreography, Outstanding Variety Special (Live), and Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special.

Beyoncé Bowl also received a nomination for Outstanding Production Design for a Variety Special, while Lamar’s show earned a nod for Outstanding Music Direction. Both specials share choreographer Charm La Donna, known for work with Dua Lipa, Rosalía, and Selena Gomez.

Doechii’s Grammy performance is also nominated for Outstanding Choreography. Beyoncé has an additional nomination for Outstanding Directing For A Variety Special. If Lamar wins Outstanding Variety Special, Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z—credited as a producer on the show—would also receive an award.

The 77th Emmy Awards will air September 14 at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT on CBS and Paramount Plus.
