The initial release date for Don’t Be Dumb was set for August 30, 2024, but that soon shifted to a fall release. Now, as mid-December arrives, Don’t Be Dumb has yet to be released, leaving fans eager for any updates.
In a recent email sent by Rocky’s creative agency, AWGE, to those who pre-ordered the album, it was revealed that the album is now scheduled for release in early 2025. This marks another tentative release window for the long-awaited project.
In a recent feature with Billboard, Rocky shared that he had played the album for filmmaker Tim Burton, who showed strong enthusiasm for the music. “He was rocking his head and he’s like, ‘Wow! I didn’t know you made that kind of music!’” Rocky also expressed his confidence in the project, stating that he’s in full control of his creative output and ready to release Don’t Be Dumb. He mentioned that, despite working on it for just a year, he believes it’s the best album he’s ever made.
