Artisin & REKS (AR16) Drop “Eat What You Kill” ft. Estee Nack Ahead of June Album.

Massachusetts MCs Artisin and REKS, known together as AR16, have released a new single titled “Eat What You Kill,” featuring Estee Nack. The track arrived May 30 alongside its official music video, directed by King Philip.

Shot across Lawrence, Haverhill, and Lynn, MA, the video highlights the cities that helped shape the trio’s lyrical approach. It’s a visual rooted in the environments that raised them, grounding the song’s message in real settings and everyday movement. The direction keeps the focus on delivery, presence, and authenticity—offering a glimpse into the artists’ shared terrain.

Mixed by Jon Glass, “Eat What You Kill” is the second single off AR16’s upcoming album Kill Writers Block, set to release on June 30. The track features verses from all three artists, pairing stripped-down production with clear-eyed storytelling.

To mark the release, the artists took to Instagram, writing:
“It’s out now!!!! on YouTube link in bio!!! And available on all streaming platforms. The second single from AR16 @artisreal82 x @rekshiphop ‘Eat What You Kill’ featuring @esteenack. The video was directed and filmed by @kingphilip.vii. Mixed by @jonglass_. The album this track is featured on ‘Kill Writers Block’ will drop a month from now on June 30th. Lock that date in—till then hope ya’ll enjoy this track. I think it’s dope and good for the culture. Let’s go.”

The song’s title nods to the mentality behind the bars—self-made, earned, and deliberate. With the album release a month away, AR16’s rollout continues to reflect a focus on meaningful collaborations and a deep connection to the scene they’ve long been part of.
