This week, fans began speculating about a follow-up after André posted on Instagram asking for help finding his missing notebook. The post, designed like a flyer, described a lost blue two-toned notebook last seen in Amsterdam Noord on March 29. It included sketches and notes, and asked anyone with information to contact his team.
The post quickly sparked rumors that it was a creative rollout for a new rap album. “Is André 3000 rolling out a rap album,” one user wrote on X.
However, a representative for André told Stereogum that the post was not promotional and confirmed that the artist is genuinely trying to locate the lost notebook.
As of now, there’s no official news of a second album—but fans remain alert.
