Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has wrapped up its 2025 edition with record attendance and announced dates for its 30th anniversary celebration, set for October 21–25, 2026.
This year’s festival drew 600,000 visitors from around the world and featured nearly 3,500 artists performing across 1,200 events in more than 300 venues throughout Amsterdam. The program showcased a broad mix of electronic subgenres, live sets, and cultural collaborations, from large-scale shows like Klangkuenstler at Ziggo Dome and Awakenings at SugarFactory, to intimate gatherings at Garage Noord, Lofi, and Studio Wieman.
ADE 2025 also expanded its conference offerings, adding a new Pro venue (Rosewood) and relocating ADE Lab to Westergas, creating more opportunities for collaboration and mentorship. Industry leaders and artists including Skepta, KI/KI, Eris Drew, Chris Stussy, and ANNA joined representatives from Spotify, Epic Games, SoundCloud, and Google DeepMind.
As ADE approaches its 30th anniversary, the organization plans to unveil a series of special initiatives honoring its evolution since 1996, when it began as a small gathering for electronic music professionals. The foundation continues its mission as a non-profit, supporting innovation, education, and the global growth of electronic music culture.
