Adidas Introduces “Metamorphosis” Pack With Six Signature Basketball Shoes.

adidas Basketball will release the “Metamorphosis” Pack on March 15, 2025. The collection includes six signature sneakers tied to top NBA athletes, with designs that reflect each player’s style and performance. The name “Metamorphosis” refers to the idea of growth, highlighting the development of athletes over time.

Each shoe in the pack is built with performance features intended for on-court use. The collection launches during March Madness and St. Patrick’s Day, adding to the seasonal interest. The shoes will be available at dickssportinggoods.com and in select DICK’S Sporting Goods locations.

The Anthony Edwards 1 Low has a glittery teal finish on the support cage, with lime green accents on the tongue and heel. The design mirrors Edwards’ fast-paced game and individual approach. It will retail for $110.

The Harden Vol. 9, connected to James Harden, features a green outer shell and a black neoprene bootie. Midfoot cutouts expose a green mesh underlayer, offering ventilation and a layered look. This model is priced at $160.

Damian Lillard’s Dame 9 has a lime green exterior with a black mesh interior. It is designed to support movement and control during play. The price for this model is $120.

The D.O.N. Issue #6, representing Donovan Mitchell, stands out with a white base—unlike the darker colors seen in other shoes in the pack. It reflects Mitchell’s path from overlooked prospect to established NBA player. The shoe costs $120.

The Adizero Select 3.0 is the lightest model in the pack. It uses a green mesh upper and black accents. It focuses on speed and responsiveness. Retail price: $110.

The Exhibit Select 2.0 closes out the pack with a more abstract design. It features a mix of blue and green patterns for players looking for a modern look and reliable performance. The price is $120.

The “Metamorphosis” Pack continues adidas’ approach of combining athlete input with technical design. Each shoe offers details that reflect the athlete’s presence on the court, while aiming to meet performance needs.
