In addition to highlighting his youngest daughter’s bass playing prowess, Jamie Foxx has also demonstrated a new gift.
The musician and actor shared a video of a recent jam session with his 13-year-old daughter, Annalise Bishop, on Sunday (January 29) on Instagram. As his daughter performed the well-known baseline to Chic’s timeless disco soul song “Good Times,” which was notably sampled for the Sugar Hill Gang’s own hit, “Rapper’s Delight,” in the video, Foxx accompanied his daughter on the drums.
Foxx signals for them to focus their attention back on his child once the unnoticed cameraperson has finished recording Bishop for a while.
“#daddydaughtertime music vibes with my daughter in London Town!,” he captioned the post. “We bout to hit the road together!!! Daddy daughter tour!!! Ya Hurd!! #anelisefoxx”
Although he made a point to focus on his daughter, Jamie Foxx’s newly discovered talent was noted by a number of followers and friends in the comments because the piano is typically his instrument of choice.
