Red Shaydez has announced MusicJumpstart, a new artist development bootcamp program set to begin in May and June 2025. The initiative will be hosted at Spark FM Online and is powered by Elite Team Logistics.
In a post shared on Instagram, Shaydez reflected on the five-year journey leading up to the launch. “NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS. EVEN IN THE MIDST OF CHAOS,” she wrote, alongside details about the program’s mission to guide emerging artists through personalized training and mentorship.
Shaydez, who has worked with youth music programs since 2016 and conducted one-on-one artist consultations since 2020, credited her experiences with institutions like the Boston Public Library as foundational to the new venture. A graduate of a business course at Cornell University, she also acknowledged her long-standing goal of combining teaching with entrepreneurship.
MusicJumpstart will feature a team of experienced instructors offering tailored lessons across various genres. According to Shaydez, the program is designed to support artists at an early stage with resources that go beyond music.
The launch is supported by Arts in Boston, Focusrite, and other creative collaborators, including branding and photography partners.
