Guerrilla Mag Brings a Bold New Voice to Boston’s Black Creative Scene.

Boston’s creative landscape is getting a much-needed shake-up with the arrival of Guerrilla Mag, a media publication dedicated to uplifting Black creatives, self-starters, and femmes who are shaping culture from the ground up. Co-founded by Vikiana and Tatiana, the publication is making its way to the city with a mission: to showcase the voices, artistry, and movements that mainstream media often overlooks.

At a time when Boston’s entertainment scene is undergoing a cultural renaissance, Guerrilla Mag is stepping in to amplify the artists, innovators, and visionaries who are redefining what success looks like. From independent musicians and visual artists to designers and community organizers, the platform will highlight those who turn nothing into something—a phrase that embodies the spirit of resilience, resourcefulness, and raw talent that fuels these creatives.

Through Guerrilla Mag, Vikiana and Tatiana are sending a clear message: “We hear you. We see you. We honor you.” The duo is committed to not just reporting on Boston’s underground and independent scenes, but actively collaborating with the artists who make it thrive.

As a “guerrilla publishing” effort, the magazine operates with a DIY ethos, staying true to the grassroots movements that have historically driven Black and femme-led creative spaces. With an unapologetic approach and a sharp focus on authenticity, Guerrilla Mag is set to become a powerful cultural force, ensuring that the real stories, the real artistry, and the real voices don’t just get heard—they get celebrated.
