Tyler, The Creator’s eighth album, ‘Chromakopia’, has spent a second consecutive week at the top of the Billboard 200. Following the strongest sales week of Tyler’s career, the album remains the most popular in the U.S., marking the first time any of his projects have held the number one spot for two weeks straight.
In its first full week after a Monday release, *Chromakopia* sold 160,000 equivalent album units, fending off competition from Lil Uzi Vert’s *Eternal Atake 2*, which debuted at number three. During its debut week, *Chromakopia* nearly hit 300,000 units, including 157,000 from on-demand streams (212.55 million total streams), 142,000 in album sales, and 500 TEA units.
With this performance, *Chromakopia* secures the second-highest debut for a rap album this year, following Travis Scott’s *Days Before Rodeo*, which opened with 361,000 units.
