After deleting all of the information from his Instagram account, PartyNextDoor announced a track titled “Her Old Friends,” which appears to have started the countdown to a new project.
On Thursday, the Canadian musician’s followers discovered that he had deleted every post from his Instagram feed (December 12). The cover to Party’s new single was shared on Instagram at around 1:00 p.m. EST with the simple statement, “‘Her Old Friends’ out tonight.”
He shared the article with his stories as well; however, he omitted the song’s clip.
The lone announcement was not tweeted by PartyNextDoor, who hasn’t updated his account on Twitter in nearly a month.
Fans might have to wait until the new song is available for streaming before hearing it, but PartyNextDoor provided a sneak peek of the seductive new song “Assumptions” on social media before deleting all of his social media posts. On December 22, a fan recorded the peek on IG Live and uploaded it to YouTube.
