Tyler, The Creator And Maxo Kream Reunite For Gritty New Track 'Cracc Era'.

Tyler, The Creator has teamed up with Maxo Kream for another collaboration, this time on a track called “Cracc Era.”

Released on Wednesday (September 25), the song features production by Tyler and brings back some of his earlier horrorcore influences with dissonant synths and heavy basslines.

In his verse, Maxo raps: “Way before I did this rappin’ I was out here jackin’ n-ggas/ I mean like jackin’ was my skill, jack your pounds and jack your pills/ Catch you lackin’ by the hill, we jackin’ n-ggas, Jack and Jill.”

This track seems to be the lead single from Maxo’s upcoming album, as he hinted on X that he’s currently in “album mode.”

Tyler and Maxo previously collaborated in 2021 on “Big Persona,” a track from Maxo’s second album *Weight Of The World.* Reflecting on their partnership, Maxo told HipHopDX in an interview that he and Tyler have created a lot of music together, selecting “Big Persona” as the standout. He mentioned how COVID impacted their work process, but they still managed to stay productive during the pandemic.

Maxo also shared how he and Tyler, both known for their playful trolling, fuel each other creatively, citing an infamous text exchange they had while promoting “Big Persona.” He added that Tyler’s energy during their studio sessions was intense, praising him as a talented and versatile artist who not only created the beat but also crafted the hook for the track.
