ATC Group Expands Global Reach with Launch of New Music Promotions Company, Circa.

UK-based artist management and live booking company ATC Group, which owns ATC Management, has launched a new transatlantic music promotions company called Circa.

With offices in Los Angeles, New York, and London, Circa will take over the operations of Your Army America, continuing to provide marketing and promotion services across major global music markets.

Matt Black, previously the Managing Director of Your Army America, will lead Circa. In the US, Black will oversee a team that specializes in radio, DJ promotions, and digital campaigns for major labels such as Atlantic, Warner, RCA, AWAL, Capitol, Virgin, Mute, Ninja Tune, XL Recordings, Domino, and Future Classic. Circa has worked with a wide range of artists, including RÜFÜS DU SOL, The Hives, and Nia Archives, and has secured chart placements across various genres.

“I’m excited to embark on a new journey with Circa,” Black said. “It’s an exciting moment for me and the team, many of whom I’ve worked with for nearly a decade.”

The London office will be headed by Charlie Reid, appointed as General Manager. Reid brings experience from his time at Your Army, Decca, EMI, and Columbia, where he managed UK national radio campaigns for artists like London Grammar, Jon Batiste, CamelPhat, Rivo, and Jade Bird.

Black added, “Launching an office in London with Charlie, and having the support of ATC Group, opens new doors for the talented artists we work with.” Reid echoed this sentiment, saying, “Working with teams on both sides of the Atlantic allows us to offer a more comprehensive approach to artist promotion in today’s global music landscape.”

Adam Driscoll, CEO of ATC Group, highlighted Circa’s importance within ATC’s broader services division, which includes Familiar Music Group, companyX, Simpatico, [namethemachine], and Sandbag. Driscoll noted that Circa’s rebranding will allow the group to continue delivering global campaigns for artists such as Justice, Disclosure, Mother Mother, SOFI TUKKER, Milky Chance, and deadmau5.

“ATC Group’s integrated strategy, supported by Circa, will further help artists achieve their creative and commercial goals,” Driscoll said.

ATC Group also includes ATC Management, which represents artists like Faithless, Daniel Avery, Yaeji, and Nick Cave, and live booking agency ATC Live, which works with over 500 artists, including Jungle and Fontaines D.C. The group owns Joy Entertainment Group, Driift, and ATC Experience.

Earlier this year, Your Army America merged with Strange Loop Promo’s US operations, contributing to the success of artists like Disclosure, RÜFÜS DU SOL, and James Blake.
