Pharrell Williams Unveils Global-Themed Spring/Summer 2025 Menswear Collection For Louis Vuitton.

Pharrell Williams continues his global LVERS journey with the unveiling of his Spring/Summer 2025 menswear collection for Louis Vuitton. Using his Instagram handle @skateboard, Pharrell began teasing the collection with a cryptic post featuring a graphic of Earth and an LV AirTag, which was later revealed to be part of the show invites.

In another post, Pharrell showcased the SS25 staff uniform: a denim jacket bearing the phrase “LE MONDE EST À VOUS” (the world is yours). Alongside a sneak peek involving Air Afrique, it became clear that the collection pays homage to Louis Vuitton’s travel legacy and international influence. Held at La Maison de l’UNESCO, the show featured collaborations with Air Afrique on graphics and patterns, inspired by the African-French cultural platform dedicated to promoting Afro-diasporic arts and knowledge.

The collection celebrates humanity by taking a global perspective, uniting the international community through LV’s expansive vision. Showcasing at La Maison de l’UNESCO, a venue dedicated to global peace and culture since 1958, the event brought together creatives and audiences from diverse backgrounds, emphasizing inclusivity and Louis Vuitton’s central role in the global network.

The travel theme permeated the collection, staying true to Louis Vuitton’s heritage. Inspired by the modern traveler and aviation pilots, the designs included cropped tailored jackets, bombers, and flight suits. The collection transitioned from monochromatic styles in dark blacks to earthy browns and greys, eventually embracing the vibrant greens and blues of the globe, highlighting the brand’s international mindset. Classic Damier and camouflage patterns were reimagined with new colors and inspirations, including a snake-o-flage motif seen on Pharrell’s own finale jacket and a map-o-flage motif reinforcing the global theme. Additionally, the collection ventured into the football world with a jacket made from soccer balls and jersey-like pieces.
