With the new fire, Shy Glizzy and 21 Savage are back.
The Grammy-winning rappers released “Slime-U-Out” on Friday, an 808-heavy single created by Hitmaka. The song continues Glizzy’s successful 2022 run, which also saw the releases of “Borderline,” “MMY Freestyle,” “Steppin on Sh!t,” and most recently, “Underrated,” which was accompanied by EST Gee.
“I’m too big for my hood, but I still be there every day,” Glizzy raps in the first verse. “Sometimes I gotta go slide just to let ‘em know I’on’t play/They think that I’m a rapper, I’ll take their ass away/I be with them choppas, bitch, send they ass them packages.”
It is unknown if the song will be included in the eagerly anticipated Young Jefe 3 follow-up to Glizzy’s 2020 solo album.
The song is currently available for streaming on Apple Music and Spotify.
