Beyoncé Unveils Three Distinct Personas In New SirDavis Whisky Promo.

In a new promo video for her SirDavis American Whisky brand, Beyoncé showcases three distinct personas, which can be dubbed the “Three Faces of Bey.” The nearly two-minute ad, set to Betty Davis’ 1974 soul-funk track “They Say I’m Different,” begins with Beyoncé in a long platinum wig and black cocktail dress, striking a pose on a white table as fans blow her hair dramatically. Naturally, a glass of the premium whisky is nearby.

This part, titled “The Muse,” features Bey filming herself in the mirror with an old 8MM camera while her hair and makeup are being done. Shots of the whisky being poured are intertwined with Beyoncé striding through swinging bar doors, sporting a shorter, shoulder-length platinum hairstyle, and making gestures toward the camera.

In the “The Founder” section, Beyoncé returns to her long hair, kicks off her high heels, and loosens her look by undoing a few buttons on her black shirt. The final scene shows her relaxing on a couch in a white robe, sipping SirDavis in what looks like a laid-back meeting.

Her last persona, “The Woman,” features Beyoncé letting her hair down as she boards a private jet, dressed in jeans, a black tank top, a black bolero hat, and a fringed jacket, heading to the artsy Texas town of Marfa for a desert photo shoot.
